Our Team

Albrecht Haag is a communications designer and photographer and has been the innovation manager at GSI Helmholtzzentrum für Schwerionenforschung in Darmstadt since September 2024. He works as the innovation manager in the OpenTransfer project, which develops and tests methods for the transfer of knowledge and technologies in the context of Open Science.

Albrecht Haag studied communications design and worked as the project leader for the "RAY Fotografieprojekte Frankfurt/RheinMain" and later as an employee at the Kunstforum of TU Darmstadt. Haag is the co-founder and director of the Darmstadt Days of Photography and the initiator of the "Kultur einer Digitalstadt" platform. He is also involved in the Unwort Bilder e.V. association, which focuses on the photographic staging of the Unword of the Year.
