Exercise and relaxation offers by the GSI and FAIR
If you are interested, please contact BGM so that you can be added to the e-mail distribution list. You will then receive information about room and date changes.
Due to the current situation, the courses will take place online, except for Fascia Yoga (Friday afternoons) and back exercises on Thursdays. Unfortunately, the Fascia Yoga and the Back Gymnastics on Thursdays cannot take place at the moment.
