Please register for the appointments without gaps between them as far as possible.

You can also book multiple appointments on the same day (double booking) for a extended massage. If this is not possible due to system limitations, please contact moma(at)gsi.de.

If no free appointments are available for booking, please contact moma(at)gsi.de, and we will add you to the waiting list and inform you once an appointment becomes available.

After entering your details in the appointment booking system, you will receive an e-mail confirming your reservation. In this e-mail, you need to confirm your reservation. Once confirmed, you will receive another e-mail as final confirmation.

Only then is the appointment successfully booked.

If you do not received an e-mail within one hour, the reservation was unsuccessful, and no massage appointment has been booked.

Cancellation

• You can cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before it takes place. The cancellation link can be in the e-mail confirming your reserved appointment.
• After this, please contact moma(at)gsi.de to cancel your appointment at short notice.
• If you cancel your appointment at short notice (less than 24 hours in advance) or do not show up, a fee of €25 will be charged for the appointment.

Procedure of the appointment

• Each appointment lasts 20 minutes and costs €25.
• Please bring €25 in cash with you to your massage appointment.
• Kindly bring a small towel with you.
• For your first appointment, please complete the privacy policy and bring it with you.

Please make a note of your massage appointment. We will not send a reminder.
