Please register for the appointments without gaps as far as possible.

You can also book several appointments on one day (double appointments). If this does not work because of the system, please contact moma(at)gsi.de.
If you can no longer book a free appointment, please contact moma(at)gsi.de. We will then put you on the waiting list and inform you when an appointment is available.

After you have entered your data in the appointment reservation, you will receive an e-mail as confirmation of the appointment reservation. In this e-mail you have to confirm your reservation and then you will receive another confirmation e-mail.

Only then is the appointment booked.

If you have not received an e-mail after one hour at the latest, then the reservation has not worked. You will then not have a booked massage appointment.

Cancellation

• You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the appointment takes place. You will find the cancellation link in the e-mail confirming the reserved appointment.
• After that, please contact moma(at)gsi.de to cancel your appointment at short notice.
• If you cancel your appointment at short notice (less than 24 hours in advance) or do not show up, you will be charged for the appointment at a cost of €22.

Procedure of the appointment

• An appointment lasts 20 minutes and costs 22 €.
• Please bring the cost of €22 in cash with you to your massage appointment.
• Please bring a small towel with you.
• At your first appointment, please complete the privacy policy and bring it with you.

Please make a note of your massage appointment. We will not remind you again.
