About the Workshop Series

High demands, constant availability, and increasing pressure are all part of modern working life. But how can we remain focused, capable, and healthy under these conditions?

In this nine-part online workshop series, you will learn practical tools and techniques from mindfulness-based resilience training – grounded in science, designed for everyday life, and tailored to the challenges of today's working world.

Please note: Participation in the full workshop series is required, as the sessions build on one another and support your development as a whole.
