Project planning in the FAIR project is responsible for the integrated planning of time, workload and costs. This includes the structure of the entire project planning and the networking of the various project components.

Risk management in the FAIR project is responsible for the further development and systematic and comprehensive implementation of the risk management process as part of the project.

• Introduction, further development and support of the scheduling of the FAIR project with regard to deadlines, resources and finances

• Supervision of the development of tools necessary for planning and reporting (MS Project Server, Project Link, PS Link, Project Details, Risk Database, etc.) for monitoring and controlling the FAIR project

• Analysis of critical path, buffer times, schedule and progress S-curve, scenario simulation

• Resource planning and analysis of resource requirements including capacity surveys

• Organization of plan review meetings, resource leveling meeting, workshops, training (including MS Project)

• Administration of the work breakdown structure (WBS)

• Supervision and support for planning tools

• Provision, programming and further development of database-based evaluations within the project and quality reports (S-Curve, Next Milestone, etc.)

• Recording and monitoring of risks and opportunities
