Reports and Orders Plant & Facility Engineering (GAT)
Here you can create orders for new installations, report faults and request repairs in the following areas:
- Electrical
- Safety Systems
- Heating
- Ventilation / Air Conditioning
- Water / Sanitation
- Gases
For example:
Clogged toilet, defective light, water dripping from the ceiling, problems with heating, ventilation, air conditioning.
Service orders Central Site Services (ZDI)
Here you can report faults and request repairs, transportation, cleaning and disposal on the following topics:
- Used furniture
- Water dispensers, snack and coffee machines
- Tea kitchens
- Green spaces
- Pest control

For example:
Furniture transportation (relocations) or assembly, hanging screens or whiteboards, delivering larger packages, transporting items, collecting larger items of waste or other objects to be disposed of, cleaning rooms and hall areas.

Service orders Civil Construction / Building Maintenance (BAU)
Here you can create orders for new installations, report faults and order repairs on the following topics:
- Painting and plastering work
- Doors / Windows
- Blinds
- Roof leaks
- Shielding work
- Closing or erecting fire bulkheads when pulling cables
- Repairs to/in outdoor areas (e.g., paving)
- Renovation of individual rooms
- Minor repairs to floors, ceilings, walls and facades
