Space and Area Management / Occupancy Planning

Space and area management deals with the efficient use and administration of GSI's rooms and premises. In addition to office and work spaces, shared resources such as meeting rooms and common areas are also taken into account. This ensures that space is used economically and in line with requirements. In conjunction with this, occupancy planning optimizes the strategic distribution of rooms and workstations within GSI.

Requests

You can inform us of your space and room requirements at any time by sending an informal email to raumplanung(at)gsi.de.

Please include at least the scope and purpose of your requirement and the period (from - to) during which it is needed. We will then be happy to discuss further details such as the quality of the space required, the background to the increased demand, or the impact on your existing spaces in a subsequent meeting.

Due to the current tight situation regarding spaces and areas, we cannot always offer you a quick 1:1 solution. However, it has been found time and again that the constant changes at GSI also create new space potential for your needs.
