Sexual Harassment
Sexual harassment in the workplace is prohibited by law in Germany!
Are you experiencing uncomfortable situations and unsure whether they are sexual harassment? Or have you witnessed something?
- Intrusive, uncomfortable stares, whistling after someone
- Inappropriate terms of endearment (e.g., “honey,” “sweetie,” etc.)
- inappropriate invitations (e.g., “Why don’t we discuss this at my place after work…”)
- unwanted physical contact (starting as simple as a hand on the shoulder)
You can contact us confidentially at any time: gleichstellungsgremium(at)gsi.de
