The FCC Foundation Stone Ceremony is a 3G event. Access is permitted only for those vaccinated, recovered, or those with a valid negative citizen test (24 hours) or PCR test (48 hours). Appropriate proof and photo identification must be provided.

Inside buildings and where distances cannot be maintained, masks are mandatory.

The event will take place outdoors. We ask for proper footwear and clothing appropriate for the weather.
