• Ticket sales
• Wine stand
• Cake receiving
• Cake buffet
• More volunteers

Tickets for the summer party will go on advance sale on 25 and 26 August 2026.

Tickets will be available on both days from 11.00 to 12.30, probably in the canteen.

There are two stands for selling tickets.

Stand 1 has five shifts and Stand 2 has three shifts, each lasting 1.5 hours.

All shifts involve the following tasks:

• Selling tickets
• Collecting tickets

There are 5 shifts for serving wine and dismantling, each lasting 1.5 hour.

• 1st shift serving
• 2nd shift serving
• 3rd shift serving
• 4th shift serving
• 5th shift serving and dismantling

The cake receiving starts at 10.00 am in the side room of the canteen.

The tasks are

• Accepting cakes
• Distribute cakes on pizza plates (as cake platters) so that cake donors can take their cake containers straight back with them
• Labelling the cakes
• cut to size if necessary
• Cut the pieces of the additionally purchased cakes in half  if necessary

From 11.00 am, there is a handover shift. This shift has the following duties:

• Assisting with receiving goods
• Assisting with issuing goods
• Making coffee

At the cake buffet there are 4 shifts of 1.5 hours each.

The tasks for all shifts are

• Topping up the cake
• Replenishing tea bags, milk, sugar, stirrers
• Tidying up the buffet

• 1st shift set-up and serving
  • Additional tasks:
    • Set up the buffet: Setting up cake plates and cups, coffee containers and tea water at corners, napkins, tea bags, milk, sugar, stirrers and cake forks. Please provide donation boxes ONLY (do not walk around with them - they are voluntary donations)
• 2nd and 3rd shift distribution
• 4th shift distribution and dismantling
  • Additional tasks:
    • Clear away clean crockery, remaining napkins, tea bags, milk, sugar, stirrers

We are looking for additional volunteers for two shifts, each lasting 1.5 hours, to help out wherever assistance is needed.

Tasks may include:

• Answering questions from other volunteers
• Stocking the stalls with equipment

After you have entered your details when making your reservation, you will receive an e-mail confirming your reservation. You must confirm your reservation in this e-mail and will then receive another confirmation e-mail.

Only then is the shift booked.

If you have not received an e-mail after one hour at the latest, the reservation has not worked.

When to bring your treats:

• When: Day of the summer festival (27 August 2026) from 10.00 am
• Where: Side room of cantine
• Signs for labelling will also be available there.
• Please remember that no raw eggs and/or fresh cream should be used.
