The group Technical Services is responsible for a number of (technical) issues:

  • Printers and Copiers (including consultation prior to purchase)
  • GSI Print shop
  • Data backup (backup/archive) using IBM tape robots
  • IT-Werkstatt
  • Laptop support
  • Apple support (including consultation prior to purchase)
  • WLAN
