Analog Electronics und System Design

The Analog Electronics und System Design  group supports and advises experimenters at GSI in developing electronics for experimental purposes.
The key aspect is the development of analog hardware as pre- and main amplifiers, the digitization of voltage and time, precise generation and distribution of clock signals as well as the development of multi-functional circuitries and modules for general purpose usage.
Beyond that, the group offers support to system design of physics experiments relating to select optimized measurement methods and equipment in the specific setup.
Additionally repair and overhauling of in-house electronics is also offered.
