Status of 14 October 2021


Persons from outside the company who wish to enter the campus for private reasons, for example to inspect the campus, may enter the campus again after prior notification and approval by the Task Force Health.

Mouth-to-nose coverings must always be worn inside GSI/FAIR buildings. Exceptions to this rule are your own workplace, the halls on the GSI campus, the multi-storey car park as well as meeting rooms and at the table in the canteen dining room, as long as the distance of 1.5 metres is maintained.
Masks with exhalation valves are not permitted.

If you or persons from outside the company are travelling to GSI and FAIR, please observe the regulations for Travelling in or back before starting work at GSI and FAIR.

The current quarantine regulations apply to non-farm personnel from foreign risk areas.

The guest house on the GSI campus is available again for all guests after registration at the Welcome Office. Please refer to the Corona Checklist of the Welcome Office.

The guest house "Steinhaus" is subject to the 2G-regulation, i.e. only persons who have a complete vaccination protection with an EU-approved vaccine or are recovered are allowed to use it. When booking the room, you will be asked to send a photo of the proof (vaccinated or recovered) by e-mail to the guest office.

In both guest houses, the general hygiene rules continue to apply in the common rooms.
