CIT's User Support
CIT's user support consist of the user help desk, IT trouble ticket system and a web side www.gsi.de/it-service, on which all instructions, forms and additional information are linked.
Whom do I contact if I have IT problems?
All requests and incident reports to the IT are processed centrally and forwarded to the responsible employees. Follow these steps:
- Howtos: Please refer to our service web page for a solution.
- Trouble Ticket System: If you can not find help there, please use the customer web interface or send an e-mail to one of these addresses. In any case, your request will be stored in our ticket system and then processed by the IT staff.
- User Help Desk: Need personalized advice? During opening times, the IT staff will be happy to support.
