Professor Dr. Krzysztof Redlich is awarded this year with the Marian-Smoluchowski-Emil-Warburg-Award. He is a professor at the University of Wrocław and associated partner of the ExtreMe Matter Institute EMMI at GSI Helmholtzzentrum für Schwerionenforschung GmbH. The prize is awarded by the German Physical Society and the Polish Physical Society and endowed with 3,000 Euro.
