Welcome Reception Sunday evening:

Following the pre-registration from 17.00-19.00 h  a welcome reception will be offered at the conference center starting at 19.00 h. Accompanying persons are welcome!

Conference Dinner:

The conference dinner on Wednesday evening (included in the registration fee) will be a medieval banquet at the historical Auerbach Castle Ruin close to Bensheim. Departure from the conference site by bus at approximately 17 h.

Accompanying persons are welcome to join the dinner. Tickets for the subsidized price of 30 Euro are available at the conference desk (before Tuesday evening!).
