Participation at the meeting is open to everyone. The scientific program consists of invited talks in the opening plenary in the parallel invited sessions. Contributed oral talks will be presented in the working sessions, which we consider important to ensure the format of a real workshop. Both the invited and contributed papers will be published as American Institute of Physics (AIP) Proceedings.
The workshop will be held with two plenary sessions (opening and final), invited sessions with two in parallel, and working sessions with at most three in parallel. The parallel sessions are organized by conveners, who are also responsible for organizing the working sessions. The working sessions will contain organized discussions on suitable topics (new developments, ideas, unresolved problems, proposals, collaborations, etc.) as well as the contributed papers.
