It coordinates the working processes of the different groups within the department and matches these processes with the customer's demands. Its duties and responsibilities comprise: Consulting with regard to costing, distribution of tasks, scheduling and execution of the mechanical-engineering project, Production support service for external orders, coordination of internal work orders compilation and issue of specifications for external orders, documentation of supported external orders
