GSI Scientific Report 2011: General Information

 Contribution length

The contribution regarding your scientific activities at GSI in 2011 is limited to ONE page! Large collaborations can request the coordinators of the research fields for an exception.

Procedure

1. Download the Scientific Report applicable template (the templates are the same as last year):
   • Open Office JACoW-GSI-2010.ott
   • Microsoft Template:
     JACoW-GSI-2010.dot for XP and Office 2003
     JACoW-GSI-2010.dotx for Office2007 and higher
   • LaTeX Templates:  JACoW-GSI-2010.cls
   • JACoW-GSI-2010.tex
   You must use the fonts of the template and no changes to the templates are allowed.
   Rename the sample file to your contribution and fill in your content. The resolution of your figures should be 300 dpi AND also be printable in an acceptable time for the Internet version.

3. As uploaded contribution we only accept a zip or tgz file (containing the LaTeX file or the Word file and also all files of the figures) and to submit you also use a Postscript file.
   Please do not create a PostScript file with specific printer settings. For LaTeX use dvips -Pamz -Pcmz article.dvi. For Word documents you should use the Generic PostScript Printer Driver at the GSI. Otherwise you may upload this replacement ps file to complete the submission and send your files to sr-2011gsi.de.

5. The person uploaded the file will get an e-mail when the report is published on the Internet.
