Document Identifier

Der Document Identifier bietet eine weitere Möglichkeit zur strukturierten Ablage und zur Suche von abgelegten Dokumenten.

Er setzt sich zusammen aus vier Bestandteilen

1. Attribut (thematische Einordnung)
2. Dokumenttyp
3. Jahr der Einstellung (yyyy)
4. laufende Nummer (nnn)

in der Form

Attribut-Dokumenttyp-yyyy-nnn.

Attribut (thematische Einordnung)

Die Struktur der thematischen Einordnung wird für Eingabemaske und Suchbaum verwendet, als Attribute gehen die rot markierten Abkürzungen/Strings in die Document Number ein.

Die Gruppen 1. bis 9. dienen gleichzeitig als Schema für das GSI eigene Metadatenfeld GSI.Programme.

Dokumenttyp

Als Dokumenttypen werden standardisierte Vorgaben verwendet, erweitert um für GSI spezifische Typen. Zur Weitergabe werden die Metadaten im Dublin Core Format abgelegt. In den Document Identifier geht eine abgekürzte Form ein, im Auswahlfeld der Eingabemasken für den User werden zum Teil vereinfachte Begriffe verwendet.

Die gelb markierten Typen stehen nur in dedizierten Eingabemasken zur Verfügung.

Die rot markierten Typen dienen der Qualitätssicherung und können nur von der Bibliothek oder der betreffenden Abteilung eingetragen werden.
