The software package "E3-series" can be used for providing connection diagrams, for planning switchgear cabinets and for the cable and clamp documentation.
Test way was used for connection diagrams the software "ePLAN", which proved however as too inflexible. Therefore I tested and get along "E3-series" from CIM team quite well with it. A good Hotline support rounds the product off.
The 3D-construction software "SolidWorks"® makes possible an optimal interaction between electrical connection/electronics and mechanics with the Routing module. It is in the best way suitable both for the macro application (e.g. a setting of switchboxes) and micro applications (structure of devices and experimental setups).
