Registration to the telephone directory
The form "Meldung zum Telefonverzeichnis" (registration to the telephone directory) is available at your department´s
office or as a download.
Registration for postal services
Use the form "Meldung zum Telefonverzeichnis" (registration to the telephone directory) - see above.
Application for a key
The form "Antrag auf Schlüsselausgabe" (application for a key) is available from the department "Zentrale Technik" (E. Häcker or S. Schiffer).
GSI identity card
The department office in charge will register a guest in the access authorization system, then the guest's
identification badge can be picked up at the gate. The identification badges remain GSI property und must
be returned to the gate upon completion of the guest's activity at GSI. In case of a new activity a new
badge will be issued.
