Video Conferences @ GSIA portable video conference system is available in our video conference room SB1 3.105a, which allows for conferences based on ISDN connections (H.320 standard) as well as on IP/Internet connections (H.323 standard). The system consists of a LCD monitor (102 cm screen diagonal), a document camera and the Polyspan® Viewstation SP, which is a video camera with remote control and all required connections, including a microfon set.

Some of the features of the Polyspan® Viewstation SP are
- ISDN conferences with 64 kbit/s or 128 kbit/s (up to 15 frames per second),
Internet 64 up to 768 kbit/s (up to 30 frames per second)
- camera: 12 x Zoom, Auto Focus, automatic voice tracking or preset positions of speakers
- integrated webserver for presentations and system administration
