Cytometry/Microscopy Laboratory
- Confocal laser scanning microscope (Leica)
- 2 inverted microscopes (Leica DM/IRBE), for phase contrast and fluorescence microscopy. Computerized, equipped with high precision stages for automatic positioning with μm accuracy.
- Microscope incubator (Leica/Pecon) for long-term observation of living cells
- PASIII Flowcytometer (Partec) with cell sorter chamber
- 3 upright microscopes (Leitz Aristoplan, Leica DM/RE, Olympus) for analysis of chromosome aberrations
- 2 Work stations (Metasystems) for multi-colour-FISH-analysis of chromosome aberrations.
